Other outreach ministries are over phone ministry, Tel-A-Story, fair ministry, and Mailbox Club. Crisis Pregnancy Center of Grant County 500 E Charles St, Marion, IN 46952; 765.664.4549 Crisis Pregnancy Center of Grant County is a Christian ministry that affirms the Biblical view of life, sex, marriage, and family by providing life-affirming education, support and referrals to teens and parents of Grant County. Gilead Ministries PO Box 134, Jonesboro, IN 46938; 765.664.3734 Cancer ministry. Grant County Rescue Mission 423 S Gallatin St, Marion, IN 46953; 765.662.0988 We are a homeless shelter for men. We have a capacity of 40 beds. We provide a free hot meal each evening and at noon and evening on weekends to men, women and children. We also provide free clothing each Monday morning to those in need. We serve the needs of inmates as far as spiritual counseling and information. We offer a Tuesday evening chapel service providing a variety of speakers and music. Marion Mission Storehouse 402 E Highland Ave, PO Box 38, Marion, IN 46952; 765.668.7143 The Marion Mission Storehouse is a non-profit organization staffed by volunteers and acts as a distribution center to ship medical supplies, clothing, shoes and other needed items to our Christian workers in Africa. This is in keeping with our desire to follow God’s command to serve. WINGS Halfway House c/o Paul Brock, 1003 E Montpelier Pike, Marion, IN 46952; 765.651.8411 The halfway house will be a "transitional" living home for women who will be released from jail/prison and want to make positive changes in their life. They will be provided assistance in obtaining their GED's, taught money management skills, homemaking skills, etc. They will be assisted with needed transportation to and from work daily. Marion District Conference Ministries The following Conference Ministries are partially funded by Conference apportionments. There are no Conference Ministries for 2008 in the Marion District.
