United Methodists believe that each of us is called to participate in the ministry of Jesus Christ. Faith changes us into the likeness of Christ by living a Christ-centered life and serving others. John Wesley, founder of Methodism, inspires us with his words:

in all the places you can,
to all the people you can."

People in the North Indiana Conference give to mission through Apportionments, Advance Special giving in the Conference and around the world, UMCOR (disaster relief), Scholarships, Missionary support, and other initiatives.

The Advance for Christ and His Church

The Advance for Christ and His Church is an official program of the United Methodist Church for voluntary, designated financial giving where 100% of your gift goes to the ministry of your choice.

Funding for Ministries

Ministries within the Conference can apply to receive funds through their District as District Advance Specials (monies are not guaranteed but voluntarily given), Conference Ministries (receive apportioned funds), and through Grant Applications.
