NIC Church Relocations

This is a list of church relocations in the North Indiana Conference. Some are still concepts, some are in the process of implementing, and yet others are already completed.

Conceptual Phase

Fort Wayne Covenant - Relocation/2nd Site

Families in the church have purchased 36 acres of land north of the church's present land-locked site; God's vision for the church and land is presently being discerned.

Fort Wayne St. Joseph - Relocation/2nd Site

On a 98% vote, the church approved the purchase of 30 acres of land across the road from its present site; $520,000 has already been raised; the purchase price is $675,000.

Marion Christland - Relocation

The church owns 7.9 acres to which it hopes to relocate. It has raised approximately $350,000.

West Lafayette St. Andrew - Relocation

The church is purchasing 18.5 acres of land just north of West Lafayette and plans to relocate the church to that property. It’s working with an architect and capital campaign professional.

A conference-wide solicitation will continue through May of 2005.
