Jack's primary responsibilities include developing seminars and ministry opportunities to assist pastors and laity in the recruitment of personnel for pastoral ministy and other ministry needs of the local church. Jack also designs Ministry Development seminars and provides resources & training for individuals, laity, and laity/clergy teams.
Brent's job includes Conference finance, property, legal, pension, health and property insurance, and pastoral moving programs, as well as the administrator of the Service Center and support staff in Marion and assisting clergy and churches in financial and business concerns.
Nick oversees the development of the camping ministry in the North Indiana Conference.
