Consultations Available

TThe Division on Ministry Development of the Board of Ordained Ministry also provides ministers (clergy and diaconal) with consultation for future planning. This consultation will help select events that are related to the leadership needs/opportunities of the local church being served; and/or design an on-going program, usually 3-5 years in length, to achieve the intellectual, spiritual, and skill growth desired.

Resources for skill growth, in addition to the events listed in this brochure, are:

• independent study,
• an advanced degree at an institution of higher learning, and
• a one-to-three month study program.
