A Note From the Bishop

Dear Colleagues in Ministry,

Ministry keeps changing because life keeps changing, and the Church keeps changing. Even though that change is painful, at other times that change is welcome. The only real constant in our world seems to be change.

This changing circumstance requires us to update our ministry skills, to keep up with new developments in theology, church administration and the practice of ministry. I’m grateful that we have within the North Indiana Conference a ministry development plan and program which provides opportunities for our clergy to stay updated and to prepare for this ever-changing future that lies before us.

I encourage you to use this catalog to find those places in your own life and ministry where you need to upgrade and need to be updated. May God continue to bless you as you prepare for the changing circumstances of your life and ministry for the good of Christ and His Church.
