It is important to be at the site of any event ready to participate at the appointed time. It is equally important to remain until its conclusion. Tardiness and early departures make it difficult for the leaders and detracts from the benefits of the event for all the participants.

If an emergency arises before the event, please telephone the Conference Service Center at 800.783.5138. During an event, if an emergency necessitates your leaving, OR if you will not be at a meal, OR will not need overnight lodging, please communicate this to the CONFERENCE SERVICE CENTER at 800.783.5138 to avoid additional costs. We appreciate your cooperation and courtesy.
