Midwest Ministry Development Services

Referrals to Midwest Ministry Development Network for career assessment, career life planning, outplacement, and other services may be made through the Cabinet to the Board of Ordained Ministry. The North Indiana Annual Conference is a member judicatory in this ecumenical professional service organization. Our financial participation is provided equally by the Cabinet and by the Conference Board of Ordained Ministry. The Associate Director of Recruitment and Leadership Development is a member of the Board of Directors of Midwest Ministry Development Services.
