To help determine which resource tool is the best next step for your church, complete and submit the information requested below. You will receive a church assessment report to fill out. Ed Fenstermacher, with the help of the assessment report, will then help your church determine its best next step to take. The cost is $5, which you pay once you have received the assessment report.
