Natural Church Development

Churches interested in measuring their effectiveness in eight key ministry areas, can take a Natural Church Development (NCD) survey. NCD will help the church's leaders better understand their church's strengths and weaknesses, so that they can better determine where to focus the church's limited energy.

The results will also provide the church with a benchmark from which it can measure its future progress.

The eight key areas that the survey measures are:

1. empowering leadership
2. gift-oriented ministry
3. passionate spirituality
4. functional structures
5. inspiring worship services
6. holistic small groups
7. need-oriented evangelism
8. loving relationships
