Module I TrainingDownload the Registration Form: English | Español Module I of the National Hispanic Plan's Lay Missioner and Pastor-Mentor Training for Developing Hispanic Ministries will be offered at Epworth Forest campgrounds on the following dates:
Sunday, September 30 will be considered an introduction to the Module I to better understand the training and the participants can decide if they want to continue with the training after that introductory stage. If not, the registration fee will be refunded minus any costs for materials and meals. The closing worship service will take place from 6:45-8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 14. Please invite people from your church to be part of this bilingual-bi-cultural service. All former Module I participants will be invited to the celebration. Module I offers to the participants methodological tools and practice which allows them to be ready to participate in team developing ministries in the Hispanic community. The registration fee is $100 and includes the cost of materials and meals. Childcare will be available, without charge. Participants are responsible for Epworth Forest dormitory expenses. The Registration deadline for this event is September 17. However, please R.S.V.P. as early as possible. Registration forms are to be mailed to Mary at the Conference Service Center, P.O. Box 869, Marion IN 46952-0869. This information is being sent to District Superintendents and District Hispanic Steering Committee chairpersons. You are asked to look for lay persons and clergy who feel called to reach and disciple Latinos/Hispanics, and invite people in your district to participate.
